Nothing to apologize for. Getting the hang of these mirrors can be rather tricky at first. I’ve been here for a while myself and I still feel like I’m trying to get used to them.

You're saying you've been here for a while, then? What sorta place is this? There aren't any creepy haunted houses or witches terrorizing villages and the like, are there?

I haven't seen any haunted houses yet. And while there aren't witches per say, there are plenty of fae folk that can cause trouble around here.

Dorian it is, then! Thank you kindly for giving me the low-down. I can't say I've run into many fae folk in my time, but I've heard they can be tricky! Is it true what they say?

For the most part, I'd say yes. There are all sorts of fae, though, and some are a little more troublesome than others. Even so, it does help to be careful around them, because you can never really be sure what might change their mood.

Guess I'll have to tread carefully and watch my step!

Though, I don't suppose these fae folk can be swayed to kindness with a little ditty, can they?

Well…I did once have a rap battle with a certain fae that resulted in receiving a gift of ale. So I think it’s possible.

But I still found some words that seemed to be potent
