Poor wine pairing or bad poetry? Honestly, both are unforgivable.

1. I don't drink wine. 2. Poetry is a poor attempt to express one's feelings with overly flowery words that convey nothing in the end. 3. I don't date. I was offered information in something I was investigating and this was sprung on me.

I don't understand why he's not crying that I led him on when nothing I've ever said or done has conveyed any interest in anything romantic with him. Or anyone else.

I'm sixteen. The appeal of most alcohol is not something I see. In fact, the only thing I can see that comes of drinking is that you act stupid and your senses are dulled in case of attack. I prefer to remain alert.

I agree that many people possess the annoying trait of hearing only what they want to hear. It's inconvenient and dangerous in certain instances, but hopefully natural selection will win in the worst cases.

Normally, I'd be disdainful at such a forward attempt to be friendly with me, but my powers of making people afraid of me seemed to have lessened in the last year and I hate to waste energy on useless behaviors.

Pugsley is many things, but he is still my brother and no jock with one brain cell and no balls is going to be torturing him haphazardly if I can help it.
